Hervé Rapet – Washington Site Manager
“I was born in Morrocco and raised until the age of 17. During this time he learned a few languages and visited this wonderful country. Then I went to Belgium for one year before moving again to northern France for three years and finally Paris where I was a manager in a business bank.
I met my wife in Paris when she was visiting France and we had three boys. We decided to move to Oregon in 2004 to be close to my wife’s family who live in California. I worked with the school district for five years as a campus monitor and CLA. At the same time I was driving a school bus for special needs children and worked for Kids Unlimited. Today I still enjoy working with kids and try to teach them the best I can about school and life.”

Teresa Bullock – Case Management Coordinator
“I was born in California until the age of 7, then off to Washington State for the remainder of my childhood. I recently moved to Oregon in June of 2010 after graduating from Walla Walla University with my Masters of Social Work. My passion has always been working with kids and families. Throughout my undergrad internship I was a school counselor at an elementary school. During my Masters Degree internship I worked with the Department of Human Services working with
adoption services and child and welfare services. After moving to Oregon my main purpose was to work with kids. I applied as a mentor for Kids Unlimited and was given the opportunity to become a site manager and work with kids and their families. The best thing we can teach kids is through example.”
